Course registration
You will receive a personal registration confirmation by email. Places will be allocated in the order in which payments are received. There is a minimum and maximum number of participants for in person courses and events. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the organiser reserves the right not to carry out the course.
Insurance / Changes
Insurance coverage during the event is within the responsibility of the participant. Any liability for events organised by the provider is excluded. We reserve the right to make program and price changes as well as changes to the terms of service.
Intellectual Property
All recordings and documents that are part of this course are the intellectual property of Hannah Ladda / AH Ladda GmbH, unless otherwise noted. The data may not be passed on to third parties without the written consent of the publisher. The course participants agree that courses may not be recorded.
This is especially true for digital products that are offered for download.
Online Ressourcen
Course participants have access to their booked online resources up to 30 days after the expected birth. If you need longer access, get in touch and we can grant extensions for special cases. If any access to online material does not work as expected, please inform us so that the problem can be solved quickly.

The resources and services offered are not intended as a replacement for medical accompaniment by medically trained personell (midwife, gynaecologist). Our services complement the experience before, during and after birth.
When in doubt, remember that you are in charge of your personal and your family’s health at all times.

Cancellation and refund policy
You can cancel course booking. Let us know by email, phone or however you can get in touch with us.
- up to 30 days before the course: 60% of the course fees are refunded
- up to 14 days before the course: 20% of the course fees are funded
- less than 14 days before the course: no refund
If you find someone else who would take the course in your place, that is possible. If you miss a part of the course, it will not be repeated. Also no refunds are possible on the grounds of missed parts of the courses.

After purchase a one time download link will be send to you. This content is intended for you and shall not be redistributed without our written consent.
